Privacy Policy

We collect three categories of information:

• Account data — name, email, organization, and authentication details when you sign up or connect Jira and GitHub.
• Workspace data — tickets, repository metadata, and the code our AI agents read or produce while working on your tasks.
• Usage data — logs, performance metrics, and product analytics needed to operate and improve Taskin.

We use your information to run the service: assigning tickets to agents, opening pull requests, sending notifications, and providing support. We also use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve Taskin’s performance and reliability.

Your code is never used to train foundation models. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share workspace data with third parties except the sub-processors listed below, and only as needed to operate the service.

Taskin relies on a small set of vendors to deliver the service, including cloud infrastructure, payment processing, and the foundation model provider that powers our agents (Anthropic). Each sub-processor is bound by data-protection terms consistent with this policy.

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, scope repository access to the minimum required, and rotate credentials regularly. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your code and tickets with the care we’d want for our own.

You can access, export, or delete your account data at any time from your workspace settings, or by emailing us. We’ll honor verified requests within thirty days.

If we make material changes, we’ll notify you by email or an in-product banner before the changes take effect. Continued use of Taskin after that date constitutes acceptance.
