Terms of Service

You must be at least sixteen years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account, including the actions taken by AI agents you assign work to. Keep your credentials safe and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Free tier includes a fixed amount of starter credits. The Pro tier is billed monthly and includes a monthly usage allowance. Additional compute is billed at our published rates and consumed as agents do work. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to use Taskin to:

• build or distribute malicious code, spyware, or malware,
• attempt to reverse-engineer the service, defeat rate limits, or probe for vulnerabilities outside of an authorized program,
• violate any third party’s rights, applicable laws, or intellectual property,
• process data you don’t have the right to share with us.

You retain all rights to your code, tickets, and other workspace content. By using Taskin, you grant us the limited license needed to run the service on your behalf — for example, reading your repository to plan work and writing back commits and pull requests.

Code and other outputs produced by Taskin agents are yours, subject to any third-party licenses the agents draw on. AI output may be wrong or incomplete; you’re responsible for reviewing every pull request before merging.

You can cancel at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination, your account data is retained for thirty days, then deleted.

Taskin is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Taskin will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you by email or an in-product banner before the changes take effect. Continued use of Taskin after that date constitutes acceptance.
